Job SummaryHR Administrator (POS25131)Polokwane, LimpopoR 16 000 per monthWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support the daily functions of our Human Resources department.to join our international award-winning team.Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar administrative role
- Tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Recruitment processes: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
