Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Administrator to support our HR and Operations teams ideal for individuals with solid HR knowledge, strong administrative skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate inductions and coordinate onboardingPrepare employment contracts and verify supporting documents (e.g. ID, banking details, qualifications)
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems
Liaise with Recruitment, Payroll, and Operations to ensure proper handover and compliance
Follow up on outstanding or missing documentation
Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all HR administrative functions Requirements
Relevant HR qualification6-12 months of HR administrative or general admin experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work independently and effectively
