HRIS management

bi-weekly wage processing

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately
load new employees and casual workers onto the HRIS
.
Maintain and ensure
data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
across the entire system.
Provide
support to employees on HRIS-related queries
and troubleshooting.
Pull, review, and process
timesheets for bi-weekly wage cycles
.
Ensure
accurate wage calculations
and submit for payment processing to Finance.
Generate and compile
HRIS reports
as required.
Support the HR team with
general administrative tasks
and project assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
with a
tertiary qualification in Human Resources
or related field.
At least
2 years' experience in HR administrative roles
.
Previous experience working on an HRIS is essential
.
Payroll or wage processing experience is highly advantageous
.
Strong understanding of
time and attendance systems
is a plus.
