The HR Administrator handles all administrative duties for the HR department. Duties include handling day-to-day office tasks, electronic communications, capturing, analysis and department reporting. The position reports directly to the HR Manager and will be given daily instruction by the Manager. The HR Administrator supports management-level staff and performs a variety of tasks related to employee record-keeping within the company. Handling of sensitive employee and company information, which requires that the HR Administrator maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Duties:
