Finance:
AR, AP, GRV, CR, RTS payment allocations, cash book accounts (GL accounts) for 2 branches and remote staff.
Debtors and creditors management
Good knowledge of Sage accounting software
Maintenance and quotations for software, consulting, hardware etc.
Managing expenses and monthly account reconciliations.
Reporting as per Management requests and assisting with the automation of such reports by giving requirements, structure, and feedback.
Yearend budgeting, sales and income forecast, monthly and annually
Petty cash
Assisting with Financial Audits
HR
Oversee HR systems and ensure accurate employee data management.
Manage payroll, employee benefits, and salary benchmarking to remain competitive.
Monitor and optimise HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
Managing operations and staff with regards to duties, leave, time, performance management, skills development etc.
Overseeing the full recruitment cycle - from job postings to hiring decisions.
Implementing onboarding & training programs to upskill employees.
Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures, CCMA representation.
Driving performance management and setting clear employee growth objectives.
Ensuring Labour law compliance and HR best practices.
Overseeing smooth offboarding for exiting employees.
Writing HR Policies and procedures - actively implementation and staff engagement.
Employment Equity (EE), Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) submissions.
OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) and POPI/PAIA compliance.
