Banking (Deposits) Capturing of bank statements & reconciliation Allocation of deposits and payments Releasing CPT & DBN's sales orders Creditor's payments Salaries Wages Monitoring leave/loans, etc Employment contracts Checking invoices before delivery Forex payments - BOP forms and rates Motor vehicle licences and registration Petty cash Recon of drivers' schedules and invoices Debtors statements Journalise staff accounts, promotional items, etc Journalise machines on loan, spares used for own machines Overseeing debtors Adjusting stock when necessary Stock take ( Capture & monitor) Creating new stock codes when necessary Creating new overseas creditors when necessary Liasing with insurance company Entering overseas stock when necessary & checking and adjusting selling price if necessary Vat PAYE, SDL & UIF Monthly management accounts Monthly GL journals Fixed Assets Register Leases Cash Flow Projection
Relevant qualifications Experience in similar role Must have experience in hospitality or catering equipment industry
