One of the TOP banks in S.A. is seeking an experienced and registered HPCSA Talent Assessment Specialist to join the team on a 1-year contract, driving transformation!
Experience and qualifications:
Matric
HPCSA registered - Psychometrist / Independent Practice Psychometrist
Masters' degree Industrial Psychology - preference
Honours' degree in Industrial Psychology or similar
Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent assessment and management
Great track record in design, implementation, evaluating assessment solutions
Project management experience
Familiar with AGILE methodologies
In depth knowledge of SA labour laws, ethical guidelines and regulations
Clear credit record
Clear criminal
Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront
