Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and cleaning schedules.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
Monitor adherence to established hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Assist with training, coaching, and performance development of room attendants and cleaners.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are used correctly and safely.
Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the Maintenance/Engineering department.
Manage and control inventory for linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies.
Prepare daily reports (e.g., room status, discrepancies, productivity).
Handle guest requests or complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure lost and found items are recorded, stored, and returned according to hotel policy.
Support staff scheduling, attendance records, and shift management.
