Housekeeping Quality Assurance Associate

GuestHouse Hub is a growing short-term rental and property management company. We are looking for seniors who bring their life experience to the table and are eager to get back in the game. We are looking for a Housekeeping Quality Assurance Associate who will help us maintain the highest standards across our managed properties.
You will be responsible for:
Inspecting rooms and common areas after housekeeping to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet our standards.
Providing constructive feedback to the housekeeping team.
Checking supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
Supporting smooth daily operations between the housekeeping team and management.
About you:
You are detail-oriented, organized, and have an eye for presentation.
You can communicate clearly and respectfully with staff.
You are fluent in
Afrikaans and English
(Afrikaans is essential to communicate with the majority of our housekeeping team). Prior hospitality or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not required.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: R2000,00 - R3000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
