Job Summary Hospitality and Outdoor - New Vacancy - Housekeeping Manager Luxury Lodge - Mpumalanga Requirements o Matric - essential o Certificate or diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred) o Minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably within the hospitality industry o Proficient in MS Office and Email o Exceptional Guest Relation skills o Effective communication skills both verbal and written o Excellent organisational and time management skills o Strong leadership and team management skills o Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns and operational issues o Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays o Must be physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties, including lifting and moving items o Sound knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols in housekeeping o Familiarity with inventory control and budget management principles Package on offer o R 15 780 pm DOE o On site accommodation (two-bedroom apartment with small garden) o Uniform o 13th Cheque subject to Director's approval o Provident Fund - company contribution 10%, effective after completion of 3-month probation period Start date: ASAP
