Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Pre-Arrival Inspection (at least 24 hours prior)
Verify cleanliness and condition of furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Conduct inventory check (kitchen items, linens, etc.).
Document findings in Pre-Occupation Inspection Report for guest review and signature.
Departure Inspection (on departure day)
Ensure property cleanliness and account for personal items.
Note damage to furniture, fixtures, or appliances.
Verify inventory.
Document findings in Exit Inspection Report for guest review and signature.
Daily Issue Reporting
Maintain daily reports on property concerns (maintenance, cleanliness, damages, missing items).
Immediately notify the Owner of damaged or missing item issues.
