Hotel Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Executive to lead sales efforts at our luxury boutique hotel in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will focus on increasing occupancy, boosting revenue, and building strong client relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Identify new markets and business opportunities through research and networking.
-Create promotional materials and marketing campaigns to attract target clientele.
-Manage a database of existing and potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
-Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to clients.
-Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
-Monitor service quality and handle client complaints professionally.
-Collaborate with Manager on pricing and rate strategies.
-Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in the luxury or boutique segment.
-Strong understanding of hospitality sales, market trends, and client acquisition.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
-Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
-Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Willingness to travel for events and client meetings.
