with 30 keys, located on a private island, featuring two restaurants and a small spa (seasonal).

The GM will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, service standards, and financial performance, while ensuring the successful re-introduction of both hotels to the market.

Oversee the re-branding process, ensuring alignment with brand standards, positioning, and guest experience.

Implement sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to establish strong market presence.

Operations Management

Lead all operational departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Guest Experience).

Ensure consistent delivery of 5* service standards across both properties.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a

General Manager

or senior hotel leadership role, ideally with exposure to

luxury boutique or resort operations

year-round property management

Experience with

hotel re-branding, repositioning, or pre-opening

Commercially driven with solid knowledge of revenue management, sales, and digital distribution.

Fluent in
