Job Summary Are you a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager ready to lead an iconic property? Premier Hotel Thohoyandou, a 120-room hotel located in the vibrant heart of Thohoyandou; Limpopo ; is seeking a results-driven professional to take the reins and drive operational excellence. What You'll Be Responsible For: Lead & Inspire: Provide visionary leadership across all hotel departments, ensuring smooth operations and a culture of excellence. Guest Experience: Deliver world-class service, consistently exceeding guest expectations. Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability. Operational Excellence: Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, front office, and food & beverage to ensure the highest standards. Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate hospitality team. Strategic Planning: Implement innovative strategies to strengthen the hotel's market position. Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 6 years' hotel management experience in a leadership role. Exceptional people management skills - inspire, train, and develop staff. Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control. Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and email applications. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Why Join Us?
