Job Summary Key focus areas
- Full operational management of hotel, F&B, and conferencing
- Strong leadership of local teams with training and mentorship
- Cost control, reporting, and service delivery
- High guest satisfaction and standards across departments
- Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a senior hotel role as hotel manager or general manager
- Strong food & beverage knowledge (multi-outlet preferred)
- Hands-on, practical management style
- Experience in remote, rural, or developing areas (advantageous)
- Hospitality diploma or degree preferred
- Valid passport
- Accommodation provided
- R35,000 net paid into a South African bank account
