Job Summary Requirements:
- Advance diploma in Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Resilient and proven ability to manage operations in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
- Deep understanding of hospitality systems and service standards.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- R45 000 ctc
