Hotel Food and Beverage Manager - BalitoBallito. Exciting opportunity for an experienced Hospitality professional. A well-regarded dining establishment within a prestigious hotel chain is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and at least 7-10 years of relevant experience to deliver exceptional service in a premier establishment.Responsibilities:Plan and implement budgetsEnsure correct handling procedures to minimize china and glassware breakage and food wasteImplement and monitor consistency of food and beverage policies and proceduresManage physical inventory Assist in planning and implementing procedures for special club events and banquet functionsEnsure that all health, hygiene and safety standards are consistently metMaintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilitiesHire, train and supervise subordinates within the beverage departmentOversee recruitment of staff in housekeeping departmentAudit monthly payroll for beverage and housekeeping departmentGreet guests and oversee actual service on a regular basis to ensure consistency of serviceAddress member and guest complaints Develop on-going professional development and training programs for service and bar production / service personnelRequirements:Minimum 7-10 years experience in similar role within the Hospitality industry - Restaurant Manager / Food and Beverage Manager essential Three-year hospitality or club management qualification beneficial but not essentialOwn transport is requiredApply: recruiter@sandicrowther.co.zaFor more information please contact:Lee-Ann CullenApply
