Hostess Sommelier (Cradle Boutique Hotel & Nature Reserve)

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a restaurant environment (essential). Strong wine knowledge, including varietals, food-and-wine pairing, and service standards. Ability to host guests professionally, ensuring a welcoming first impression. Confidence in presenting and recommending wines to guests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed, professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage reservations and guest flow efficiently. Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards (advantageous). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to support the restaurant service team.
