HOSPITALITY SYSTEM CONSULTANT
This person would be responsible for managing the onboarding process for our new clients and our affiliate POS system. It will be an operational requirement for this person to know both the POS and our software products and services extremely well. This person will need to consult with clients at a business level and advise them on the best solutions for them in our system.
As there is a lot to learn for this role, we expect about a year of training and mentorship before this person is fully operational in their role.
Job description (Details of the position i.e. duties):
- Onboarding of new clients to our software
- Post-onboarding client follow ups/check-ins
- Onboarding new POS clients
- Implementing integrations, like financial interfaces
- Consultative projects related to data changes
- Keep up to date with new product features and services to advise clients
- Maintaining and updating onboarding SOPs and documentation
- Onboarding of new properties (existing clients)
Experience, Qualifications and skills:
- This person should have project management, key account management, client onboarding skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of the tourism/hospitality industry is preferred
