Hospitality Operations Manager - Standards & Training
Boutique Hotels & Restaurants | Cape Town & West Coast
We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to support two boutique hotels and three restaurants, with a strong focus on service standards, procedures, training, and hands-on operational support when required.
This is a multi-property role for someone who can set standards, train teams, and step into an operational management role when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and service standards Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training Conduct quality and service audits and follow up on improvements Support property and restaurant teams with coaching Step in as acting manager during leave, peak periods or operational gaps
Requirements
Proven experience in hotel and/or restaurant operations Strong service standards and training background Comfortable taking charge operationally when required Own car and valid driver's licence (essential) Willing to travel regularly to the West Coast and stay overnight when needed Practical, hands-on and solutions-focused
