Hospitality Manager position available in Stellenbosch.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate a front-of-house and hospitality team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor stock levels and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency
Develop and maintain hospitality SOPs and ensure team adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Create staff schedules and ensure appropriate coverage during peak times
Liaise with suppliers and manage cost-effective procurement practices
Track KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present performance updates to senior management
Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional manner
Work closely with marketing to support promotions and seasonal campaign
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in a hospitality or food & beverage management role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet revenue targets
Solid understanding of stock control and inventory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in hospitality management software or POS systems is a plus
* Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
