Stunning Luxury Lodge is looking for a HOSPITALITY MANAGER/ SENIOR GUIDE COUPLEPOSITION INFO:
Set within a prestigious private reserve in the Greater Kruger area, this large luxury safari lodge with 25 rooms offers an exclusive blend of five-star comfort and immersive bush experiences. They are seeking a professional couple to fill the roles of Hospitality Manager and Senior Guide. The ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and experience in high-end lodges, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. The positions offer a competitive package, including accommodation, meals on duty, and a structured work cycle.Hospitality Manager Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge Management
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role
• Must have good beverage knowledge
• Must have strong administrative skills
• Experience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageous
• Valid Code 8 Driver's License
• Must be computer literate, PAN knowledge would be beneficial
• Must have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English
• Must have strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Must have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, confident and have good problem-solving skills
• Must have a great passion for the Hospitality industry and guest experiences
• Must have good attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
• Must have good organisation and planning skills

Guide Requirements:

• Valid RSA Driverxe2x80x99s License and PDP
• FGASA NQF2 (min.), and NDT Registered
• Valid First aid certificate
• Valid ARH certificate and SAPS firearm competency
• Full Trails
• Previous experience in a Big Five reserve and 5-star lodge
• Mature and responsible
• Well-spoken
• Well-groomed and presentable
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Positive attitude and approach towards team work
• Hands on approach towards the guest experience
• Ability to take initiative and problem solve
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Passionate and pro-active towards personal growth and training

Package: Salary is negotiable (DOE), incl. Accommodation, All meals while on duty, Uniform and laundry service, 3 weeks on / 1 week off cycle, 15 Annual Leave Days, Pension Fund
