Job Description
Job Summary Candidate requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing or similar field
- In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Hospitality & Administration
- Minimum of 5-7 years of high end Hospitality experience
- Experience in Safari operations and remote areas
- Exceptional command of the English language. Additional foreign language would be beneficial
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- High level of communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Knowledge and appreciation of culinary arts and fine dining
- Excellent customer service skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Sound administrative knowledge and computer skills
- Ability to adapt and adopt the company culture
