Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting for a luxury 5* Safari operation, seeking an experience Hospitality Manager to continue to support and develop a strong team offering exceptional guest experiences.
As the Hospitality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional guest experiences, overseeing operations, and driving excellence in hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Applying your expertise in remote safari operations.
• Showcasing your in-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage, housekeeping, hosting, and hospitality administration.
• Exhibiting your culinary arts, food, and luxury dining knowledge in line with industry trends.
• Providing exceptional attention to detail and guest-centric service.
• Demonstrating your computer literacy, including basic Google Suite knowledge; POS and Xero accounting systems are an added advantage.
• Utilizing your remarkable problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Leading, motivating, and developing your team through a proactive training approach.

Qualifications / Experience:

• Minimum of five years' experience in high-end hospitality.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or relevant field xe2x80x93 essential.
• Experience in safari operations in remote locations.
• In-depth knowledge of Food and Beverage, housekeeping, hosting, and hospitality administration.
• Appreciation of culinary arts, luxury dining, and staying updated with industry trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail and guest-centric mindset.
• Computer Literate xe2x80x93 Basic Google Suite knowledge; familiarity with POS and Xero accounting systems is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, organizational, and delegation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, additional European language beneficial.
