Job Summary Candidate requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
10 years of Senior Management Experience in luxury properties
Strong Food and Beverage background
Excellent administrative and computer skills, use of the following programs will be highly beneficial: PMS, POS, Xero, Quickbooks & Zoho
Proven track record of working in remote areas with challenging logistics
Proven track record of managing teams
Proficient in Human Resources with a good understanding of Labour Law
Exceptional eye for detail
Excellent communcation skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
An understanding of philanthropy
Proven project management skills
Full understanding of logistical and purchasing processes

Live-in with meals, 1 annual international flight home & mobile phone.
