Ensure that all guests have a tailor-made guest experience that is a world class by understanding their personal needs through interaction.

Take full responsibility for the running of the

Guest Delight Division

including the following:

Warm Welcome to all Guests.

Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the dining room and boma during service times
/p
p
Understanding personal guests' needs through interaction.

Building relationships with new and repeat guests.

Promote and instil an ethic of guests care and guests Interaction within the Guest Delight Service Team

Build upon the existing guests experience to create new ideas and to ensure the product remains fresh and modern

Beverage Control:

Full responsibility for the running of the
strong
beverage stock
/strong
control division by assisting the Food & Beverage Manager in the following:
/p
p
Implementing and maintaining a daily stock management & control system.
/p
p
Ensure adequate stock levels.
/p
p
Daily administrative functions, stock takes and reconciliation of sales vs charges vs stock use.
/p
p
Purchasing for beverage stock.
/p
p
Receiving of beverage ordered and checking of expiring dates.
/p
p
Stock issues to bars and departments.
/p
p
Storeroom / cellar and fridge control.
/p
p
Weekly administration, invoices and GRV's.
/p
p
Ensure that the bars and cellar is well stocked.
/p
p
Knowledge of stock items.
/p
p
Monthly stocktakes and submitting of the information within deadlines.
/p
p
Meet or exceed sales targets.
/p
p
Assisting management with administrative duties.
/p
p

Assisting at Front of House during guest's arrivals or departures or lodge site inspections

Requirements:

Grade 12
/p
p
Diploma in Hospitality or Lodge Management
/p
p
Minimum 3 - 5 years Hospitality Management experience in a 5* boutique operation or Big 5 reserve within a similar lodge environment.
/p
p
PAN knowledge will be an advantage
/p
p
Beverage knowledge
/p
p
Strong Administrative Skills
/p
p
Experience in Purchasing, Stock Control Systems and Stocktakes.
/p
p
Stock Control Experience
/p
p
Hospitality and Service training experience.
/p
p
Code 8 Driver's License
/p
