Job Description
As a Holistic Healer / Massage Therapist, you will guide guests through restorative experiences designed to promote inner calm, physical release, and emotional well-being. You will provide nurturing treatments, assist with wellness rituals, and hold space for guests seeking reconnection and healing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a range of holistic treatments , including massage therapy, reflexology, and intuitive bodywork
Maintain serene, immaculate treatment rooms aligned with retreat standards
Support spa administration, scheduling, guest communication and stock control
Contribute to wellness rituals, grounding practices, and retreat activities
Offer warm, intuitive guest care rooted in empathy and mindful presence
Accredited therapeutic qualification (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience in massage therapy or holistic healing
Deep love for the healing arts and the power of intuitive, restorative touch
Skilled in massage, reflexology, and holistic bodywork
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and sensitivity
Exceptional guest service and a naturally calming presence
Ability to support luxury retreat standards within a mindful, nurturing environment
Between 3 - 5 Years
