You'll be the first point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests, ensuring issues are logged, prioritized, and resolved quickly while maintaining excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle client queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Log and track incidents in Aluxium. Provide first-line technical support and escalate when needed. Monitor alerts via PRTG, Zabbix, and RT. Assign tickets, follow up on progress, and close resolved cases. Schedule on-site support and communicate maintenance updates. Maintain records and assist with admin tasks. Requirements: 1-3 years' IT support/helpdesk experience. Knowledge of IT support principles and basic networking. Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Aluxium). Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Dependable, proactive, and a team player.
