.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily academic and operational functions of the school. Ensure
Islamic values and teachings
are embedded within all aspects of education. Train, mentor, and support teachers to improve teaching methodologies and curriculum delivery. Develop and implementeffective teaching strategies
aligned with national and Islamic educational standards. Monitor student progress and implement programs to enhance learning outcomes. Foster apositive and disciplined school culture
while maintaininghigh academic standards
. Ensure compliance witheducation policies and regulations
.Qualifications & Requirements:
Master's degree in Education
(or related field). Minimum5 years' experience
as aHeadteacher
, preferably in an Islamic school setting. Ability to train and developteaching staff
effectively. Strong understanding ofIslamic educational principles and methodologies
. Proficiency incurriculum planning and implementation
.Speaking Arabic
is an advantage but not mandatory. Excellentleadership, communication, and organizational skills
