What We're Looking For:

Educational Leadership

: You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring high educational standards, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

Teaching

: As a hands-on leader, you will structure all the teaching material and lead the teachers and staff to bringing learning to life for our youngest students and setting the foundation for their future.

Community Building

: We want a principal who can connect with families, staff, and students, becoming a cornerstone of our school community.

Vision for Growth

: We're looking for someone who shares our passion for growth, not just academically, but as a school that evolves and serves in meaningful ways.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

in Education (or equivalent)

SACE Registration

(or eligibility)

5 +years of teaching experience

; prior experience as a principal , in leadership or management is a plus Excellent

communication skills

and a collaborative spirit
