Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. You'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer is greeted warmly and served efficiently with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver food and drinks promptly Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables and dining areas Provide recommendations and upsell menu items when appropriate Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service Handle customer feedback with care and professionalism

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and passion for hospitality Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Presentable and punctual
