Job Requirements
An Honours degree or a four-year professional qualification in Library and Information Science (LIS) or a closely related field.
A Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.
At least seven (7) years of relevant experience within an academic library environment.
Duties:
Oversee the overall management and operations of the User Services Division.
Lead the planning, coordination, and supervision of staff activities within the division.
* Deliver high-quality, customer-focused library services and provide proactive, solution-oriented support tailored to user needs.
