We are seeking for an experienced and dynamic

Head Therapist

to lead our team of skilled therapists. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive expertise in somatology, wellness treatments and traditional hammam treatments, ensuring the highest standards of care, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Leads, mentors, and supervises the therapy team to maintain high standards of service and care. Oversees treatment quality across the spa, develops treatment protocols, and ensures consistent guest experiences.



Ensures spa-wide compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.



They will develop and implement ongoing training programs and performance evaluations for therapists and collaborates with spa management to optimize therapist scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management. Handles complex guest issues and feedback, driving continuous improvement and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage the spa therapy team, fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement. Deliver expert somatology treatments including advanced skin care, body therapies, and wellness services tailored to individual client needs. Oversee and perform traditional hammam experiences, ensuring authenticity, hygiene, and exceptional guest satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques to enhance spa offerings. Develop personalized treatment plans and wellness programs in collaboration with clients. Ensure all therapy rooms and equipment comply with luxury spa standards and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with spa management to optimize scheduling, inventory, and therapist training. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, aiming for immediate resolution and continuous improvement. Assist in marketing initiatives by representing the spa in events, workshops, and client consultations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a therapist with a focus on somatology and hammam treatments. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury spa environment preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of body and skin care treatments, wellness therapies, and hammam rituals. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Certification or diploma in relevant therapy disciplines.
