HEAD SPA THERAPIST
LOCATION: Tokai - Cape Town's Southern Suburbs, W-CAPE (South Africa)
START: ASAP / 01 September 2025
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full-time / Permanent
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- 08:00 - 17:00 / 09:00 - 18:00 | Shifts rotate
- 1 Weekend off per month + Days off in the week
- R14,000 per month Basic
- Retail Commission
- Treatment Commission
- Provident fund

- Tips
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC etc.
- Senior Therapist employment experience with in a day spa (at least 1 full year in senior therapist capacity / assistant manager)
- Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
- Reliable transport to or reside in the Southern Suburbs
- Target & Retail driven - in addition to delivering 5-star spa treatments
- Confident in all standard SPA services including Skin Care, Facials, Body Care, Body Massage, Wellness Therapies and Retail
- Computer literate and able to perform reports / cash up or any other standard administration duties
- Leadership qualities - you are the head of a very busy team
- Excellent guest rapport - we have VIP clients and guests visiting our spa often
