Head Office Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly consolidation of profit estimates and cash forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage daily cash flow reporting, providing critical insights into liquidity.
• Process intergroup transactions, including standard journals and charge-outs for management fees.
• Accurately allocate and process IFRS2 expenses related to share-based payments.
• Consolidate firm back orders and prepare head office reconciliations.
• Facilitate the release of foreign vendor payments and maintain the guarantees register for South Africa.
• Prepare intercompany confirmations for loans and management fees.
• Assist with the preparation of audit papers and ad hoc financial requests.

• BCom degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
• Two to five years of relevant financial experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and advanced numeracy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• SAP experience.
