Job Description
Lead the team to facilitate delivery and achievement of results.
Ensure continuous improvement on benchmarking including global best practice integration.
Manage the Repair and Maintenance Contract (RMC) Portfolio and Warranty Portfolio.
Track the RMC and Warranty portfolio performance.
Investment planning in collaboration with technical & service.
Ensure processing & assess invoices.
Create and implement a customer First mindset in the team and manage customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Relevant tertiary qualification.
Skills:
Advanced EXCEL is a prerequisite. High level communication, interpersonal relations and negotiation skills. Assertive and possess decision making skills. Customer focused with a results driven approach. Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
Experience:
Experience of warranty and maintenance contracts as well as possession of technical knowledge - 5 years. MAN and / or VW heavy commercial vehicles - 2 years.
