As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Sales to lead our US sales team--managing and motivating a remote team of 10-15 sales reps. This is a key leadership role with real impact as we enter our next phase of growth.

You'll need to bring:
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-driving skills
A systems mindset - you love repeatable, scalable sales processes
The ability to step in and close when needed
Experience turning average performers into top closers
What you'll get:
$2500 - $3500/month base salary - depending on experience
