JOB LOCATION: Mpumalanga
REPORTS TO: Board of Directors
SUMMARY OF EXECUTIVE OPPORTUNITY:
The incumbent will serve as the operational head, providing strategic direction to position the school for its next phase of growth and excellence. This leader will uphold Christian values while advancing academic achievement, holistic development, and a strong sense of community. The role calls for a forward-thinking individual who can drive initiatives that build institutional capacity, empower staff, and cultivate an environment where students flourish intellectually, socially, and spiritually.
KEY EXECUTIVE ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• 5 - 10 years educational leadership experience, preferably in a faith-based educational setting
• Proficient in both English and Afrikaans with a passion for the teaching profession
• Strong Academic standing and an unblemished career record with the ability to take dynamic and effective leadership decisions
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex or diverse information
• Proven strategic visionary acumen, drive and energy, coupled with a strong work ethic and integrity
• Knowledge and application of technology for education, communication and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (Education or related field)
• Post Graduate Qualification (i.e. a Post Graduate Certificate in Education Leadership) would be an advantage
