Job Description

Hire Resolve's Client is urgently looking for a Head of Processing Operations to be based in the North West!
Responsibilities:

Lead and implement strategic and operational plans for the Process Department
Ensure production efficiency, quality compliance, and safety across all operations
Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and financial performance
Drive innovation through technology integration and continuous improvement
Oversee people management, including performance, development, and workforce planning

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering
8 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years at a Senior Management Level
Experience on MS Dynamics F&O, Reporting tools: MS Power BI

Benefits:

Salary: R2,5m - R2,8m CTC
