What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:





A

B.Ed or PGCE

(NQF Level 7);

Honours degree

in Education is a strong advantage Minimum of

5 years' experience

as a Phase Head or Deputy Head in a primary education setting

SACE registration

(valid certificate required) Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

,

administration systems

, and

school financial processes

Must be

tech-savvy

with an eye for

modern educational tools

Strong communication, planning, problem-solving, and mentoring skills Willingness to work extended hours and travel when necessary

lead with heart and purpose

What You'll Be Responsible For:

+ Lead the

academic, operational, and financial performance

of the Primary School
+ Develop and implement

strategic business plans

aligned to learner targets and growth
+ Manage

budgets, enrolments, marketing support

, and ensure school-wide compliance
+ Drive

curriculum planning, quality teaching

, and

assessment

in line with Curro's educational vision
+ Maintain strong

brand presence

and foster

parent and community relationships

+ Oversee

discipline, pastoral care

, and

academic interventions

+ Play an active teaching role in the

Foundation and Intermediate Phase
