Eastvaal Motors is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Head Marketing / Digital Director to lead our marketing function across 12 dealerships and more than 30 automotive brands. This role focuses on digital performance, retail lead generation, creative oversight, analytics, and dealer-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and drive a performance-led, digital-first marketing strategy for the Group.
Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (performance, data/CRM, creative, content, and dealer activation).
Oversee digital advertising across Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other digital platforms.
Ensure OEM CI compliance and alignment with national marketing campaigns.
Manage and optimise marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
Oversee content production, creative asset development, and brand storytelling.
Ensure consistent execution of campaigns across 12 dealerships.
Maintain dashboards, analytics, and CRM accuracy in collaboration with the Data & CRM Specialist.
Present monthly and quarterly marketing performance results to EXCO.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with OEM partners and Dealer Principals

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
7-10 years' experience in senior marketing/digital leadership roles.
Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance media.
Proven ability to manage multi-million-rand marketing budgets.
Automotive retail or multi-brand environment experience beneficial.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, data analytics, attribution modelling, and dashboards.
Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Digital Strategy) advantageous.
