Position : Head of Marketing
Working Schedule : 9a-5p EST
Salary Range :$4,800-$5,500 Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary
As the Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute comprehensive strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This includes performance marketing, brand development, content creation, analytics, and sales enablement--all AI-amplified. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategy and business outcomes.
You'll spend your mornings writing copy (AI-assisted), designing campaigns (AI-optimized), and analyzing conversion metrics (AI-enhanced), then shift to crafting positioning strategy and planning our go-to-market evolution.
You'll be marketing to C-level executives making significant technology investments in a complex B2B AI space, so a deep understanding of AI and enterprise buyers is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, including goal setting and budgeting.
  • Drive strategic positioning and our go-to-market evolution.
  • Personally build new marketing capabilities and infrastructure from scratch using AI.
Brand Management
  • Build and evolve brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistency across all touchpoints--website, campaigns, content, events, etc.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design and messaging optimization while maintaining startup agility.
Demand Generation & Growth
  • Build a predictable lead generation engine for $40K-$80K enterprise deals targeting Customer Success, Product, and Sales executives.
  • Personally design and execute integrated campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, ABM, social, content, events, and partnerships.
  • Use AI tools for rapid research, personalization, performance optimization, and content creation.
  • Own and optimize the entire marketing funnel--from awareness to SQL--using AI for A/B testing, personalization, and lead scoring.
Content & Communications
  • Oversee and produce content strategy including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, PR, and thought leadership.
  • Use AI to accelerate content creation, message testing, and persona development.
  • Position the company in the emerging "AI-powered customer intelligence" space.
Sales Enablement
  • Create sales tools, collateral, and case studies using AI for rapid customization and content production.
  • Support product launches, enable sales teams, and align closely with the buyer journey.
Performance Analytics
  • Define KPIs and track campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
  • Personally run analytics using AI for predictive insights, funnel diagnostics, and optimization.
  • Use data to inform decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Team Leadership
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team as needed.
  • Collaborate initially with a marketing analyst; be ready to execute solo when necessary.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with GTM efforts.
  • Support initiatives across the buyer journey--acquisition, activation, and retention.
Qualifications
Non-Negotiables
  • AI-Powered Marketing Expert: 7+ years of hands-on experience at early-stage B2B SaaS companies (Series A/B). You must have personally built and executed campaigns.
  • AI Proficiency: Deep, practical knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and specialized marketing AI. You should work 3-5x faster than traditional marketers.
  • Enterprise Lead Gen: Proven success generating qualified leads for $15K+ ACV enterprise deals.
  • Full-Stack AI-Amplified Marketer: Able to personally write copy, build and run campaigns, analyze data, and shape positioning using AI tools.
  • Quantified Results: Clear metrics showing your individual impact on pipeline, conversions, or revenue through AI-powered workflows.
  • AI/Tech Fluency: You must understand AI/ML platforms beyond surface-level--capabilities, limitations, and applications. Our buyers are AI-savvy and will expect you to be too.
