Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) are advantageous
8-10 years of relevant experience in IT leadership, including at least 5 years in a managerial role within a complex, multi-departmental organization.
Proven experience managing IT teams and IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with IT strategy development and implementation, experience with advanced cybersecurity frameworks, disaster recovery, incidents response, and IT service management.
Experience in leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation especially Microsoft Dynamics
