You will lead a talented technical team responsible for the backbone of the company's services - its infrastructure and IT Service Management (ITSM). • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including proven experience leading IT Operations teams.
• Education: University Degree or equivalent qualification.
• ITSM/Frameworks: Demonstrable experience leading teams using ITIL and/or Cobit frameworks, with in-depth knowledge of ITSM delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid background and understanding of the Financial Services industry.
• Cloud Computing: Understanding of AWS and Azure services and cloud environments.
• Security Acumen: In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management principles and practices.
• Technical Foundation: Understanding of core infrastructure components including Firewall and Network Technology.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively, mentor others, and drive results under pressure.
• Vendor Management: Experience in vendor management and negotiation.
