My client, based in Johannesburg North, is urgently looking for a Head of IT Operations to join their organisation.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Degreenon-negotiable)
- Experience leading IT Operations teams using ITIL and Cobit
- In-depth knowledge of running ITSM delivery
- Financial industry background and understanding
- Microsoft licensing understanding (OS/SQL)
- Enterprise Architecture
- Understanding of AWS and Azure services and environments
- In-depth knowledge of information and cyber security management
- Vendor management and negotiation
- Firewall and network technology
- VEEAM management
- 3 PAR storage environments
