You will lead a team of HR professionals to attract, develop, and retain top talent, while also ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.What are your key responsibilities?xc2xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.xc2xb7 Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.xc2xb7 Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.xc2xb7 Lead the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.xc2xb7 Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.xc2xb7 Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.xc2xb7 Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.xc2xb7 Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and promote a positive company culture.These are the desirable qualifications.xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
