Oversee Housekeeping operations & Laundry operations.
/p
p
Implement and maintain RHS standards across all operations.
/p
p
Ensure hygiene, uniform, and professional presentation standards for all staff.
/p
p
Control finances and budgets.
/p
p
Manage stock control, procurement, and disposal.
/p
p
Monitor expenses and transfers.
/p
p
Staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary processes, and training.
/p
p
Maintain updated personnel files, job descriptions, and mandates.
/p
p
Lead weekly housekeeping meetings, daily planning and implement motivational plans.
/p
p
Meet & greet guests.
/p
p
Resolve complaints proactively and track compliments.
/p
p
Oversee welcome letters/packs and guest communication.
/p
p
Adhere to statutory documents, house rules, POPIA regulations, health & safety protocols, and company policies.
/p
p
Oversee and coordinate all refurbishment and housekeeping projects.
/p
p
Adhere to a 7-year plan for refurbishments.
/p
p
Use and manage systems.
