JOB OVERVIEW



The Head of Sales & Field Services role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new business opportunities which is linked to our product suite. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs.

The successful candidate will be required to establish, maintain, monitor and suggest ideas to enhance operational infrastructure and processes to ensure international best practices. This role will provide strategic operational input to relevant stakeholders as well as ensuring the department meets fiscal requirements of the business.

This role will be accountable for the management, execution and support of all Sales and Field Services operational tasks for the respective account/s allocated. This position's primary responsibility is ensuring effectiveness by providing leadership for the operational functions. This individual will be responsible to for the achievement of linked targets/KPI's through field/sales/administrative teams. The Head of Sales & Field Services is to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to accomplish daily, weekly and monthly targets/KPI's.

They will guide and assist their team/s to act in accordance with all processes from start to end. This individual will be responsible for managing the relationship between the company (DigiWorx) and client/s through delivery of results against set objectives. It is vital for the Head of Sales/Field Services to possess good knowledge of standard sales methods and techniques relevant to allocated account/s within the business. This position contributes to the development and implementation of business strategies, policies and best practice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Actively seek new clients to reach strategic goals for the business.

Hire and development of teams through HR guidelines and processes to ensure that there are no vacancies.

Ensure team/s are trained on all relevant internal and external products/Services/Systems/Processes).

Deliver required training/coaching/counselling to all personnel including induction, career development and on the job refresher sessions.

Execution in line with client contract deliverables and supplier management.

Monitor and measure the team members on a daily/weekly/monthly basis against set KPI's and implement control measures to ensure that defects are managed and always minimized.

Using business management systems, checks daily outputs and compliance.

Budget management, financial forecasts and reporting.

Internal and external reporting at the standards that are required by the business.

System and process enhancement to ensure that operational excellence is always achieved.

Client Relationships to be maintained with all clients and stakeholders (internal, external and 3rd parties/suppliers).

Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel within the group.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R35000,00 - R40000,00 per month
