Reporting to Chief Executive Business Solutions (Business Solutions for the DC, not Supply Chain Operations)
The purpose of the Manager is to strategically drive the long-term evolution and efficiency of Pep''s Supply Chain.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, coordination, and support to drive best-in-class engineering practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement. They will possess the operational discipline and strategic vision necessary to enhance performance throughout the value chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop Long-term Supply Chain strategy
- Develop and maintain the long-term (i.e. 10 year ) Supply Chain capacity plan
- Ensure Supply Chain strategy aligns to Pep business strategy
- Executes the business' long term strategy through project delivery
- Identifies and scopes projects to support business strategy
- Identifies and prioritises projects
- Management of Supply Chain projects CAPEX budget
- Continuous improvement of Supply Chain Processes
- Management of Supply Chain IT systems
- Relationship Management
- Leading and managing a team of Industrial Engineers
