We are hiring a Head of Digital Growth based in South Africa, a capable operator who gets things done. You will lead multiple marketing initiatives for a UK-based company, build and execute campaigns at speed, and use AI and automation to make marketing more efficient, measurable, and scalable.
The Role
You will own digital growth across Tidal's SaaS platform, national marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing. You will design and deliver growth plans, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, tracked properly, and reported clearly.
This is both strategic and hands-on. You will manage several initiatives simultaneously, from paid campaigns to automation systems, working directly with the UK Founder and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
Growth and Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
Manage customer and provider acquisition, improving CAC, conversion, and retention
Build and refine funnels, landing pages, and CRM automation
Develop creative testing frameworks that balance innovation with performance
Affiliate and Partner Growth
Manage and scale Tidal's affiliate and referral programme
Build systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliates efficiently
Develop automation for affiliate communication and performance reporting
Drive new customer and provider acquisition through affiliate channels
AI and Automation
Build or implement AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign management
Use platforms such as n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline repetitive tasks
Continuously explore new AI applications to increase output and accuracy
Reporting and Accountability
Build spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance across campaigns and regions
Monitor CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics and provide weekly and monthly reports
Maintain disciplined, accurate reporting systems
Analyse data and recommend improvements grounded in results
Execution and Collaboration
Deliver multiple growth projects simultaneously with clear accountability
Collaborate with the UK-based Founder, product, and operations teams
Manage freelancers or agencies supporting creative or media execution
Create repeatable processes for marketing rollouts across new UK regions and acquisitions
What We Are Looking For
6 to 10 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Proven record of delivering growth through paid media and automation
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and analytics
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Zapier, ChatGPT, and n8n
Highly skilled in data analysis, dashboards, and structured reporting
Excellent English communication and confident working with UK leadership
Based in South Africa with reliable internet connection and partial UK working hours overlap
Highly organised, disciplined, and focused on getting things done
